This is a truly wonderful and informative treat for all fans of Dr Who, featuring lots of info on ALL the Doctors, two Tardis’s ( or should that be Tardii?) and interactive displays to enjoy. As I’m walking around I can’t fail to be impressed by the love and care that has been lavished upon all the builds by the content creators..everything is wonderfully thought out and really great fun to interact with. I’m having a great time wandering from exhibit to exhibit..wish David Tennant were here to keep me company mind…

or ‘Battlestar Pacifica’ as she is better known. This, for me, is the highlight so far; a beautifully recreated display of the flight deck of the ship..I know it’s not Galactica, but I keep expecting to see Adama and Tigh at any minute..or even Admiral Cain! Perhaps I should put a red dress on and pretend to be Caprica 6….. This is amazing..I’m so impressed and want to live here!

Perhaps my fave ever sci-fi series from recent times was ‘Battlestar Galactica’, and I was bereft when it ended. Fortunately, there is a massive role-playing community in Second Life who exist in the BSG universe, but aboard a different ship, ‘Pacifica’. This is their stand at the Sci-Fi expo- I wanted to change into my flight suit ( yes, a BSG flightsuit!) BUT it’s obviously fallen victim to my inventory mishap, hence my looking out of place in my trekker outfit. The builds here are pretty amazing..I expect to see Boomer walking out of this ship any second!
