Thank you all, dear Kittyreaders, for sticking by me through thick and thin. It has been a rough year in RL for me and I’m ready to start 2020 feeling fresh, fancy and new.

It’s my 13th Rez Day on 30th December!!!!!

I never thought I’d be still in Second Life all these years later, let alone still blogging about it but there’s still so much to see, to try and to fall in love with.

I’m going to try to get back into a better blogging routine so I can share more of the best of Second Life with you. I hope to explore the virtual world a tad more in the new year (especially now I’ve got a wonderful new graphics card, thank you to my beloved for that!)

What do I want to see in-world in SL in 2020? More people to experience what SL is truly about. Since mesh arrived I’ve been truly in awe of some of the creations that I’ve seen this year, and mesh heads and bodies have significantly changed the game for all of us. Add Bento into the mix and well, we’ve come a long way baby!

I’m grateful to Linden Lab for keeping this world of wonder going for so long. I do think that in 2020 they need to concentrate on Second Life rather than Sansar, which just hasn’t taken off in the way that they thought it would. Second Life is still turning a profit, so it’s only right that it should be their priority. I want to see new innovations for us avatars to enjoy, along with more benefits for being members. I don’t think that resident opinions are taken account of in the way that they should be either, and I feel that has been the way for far too long. Perhaps the dawning of the new decade will see the changes that Second Life needs to keep growing, expanding and being a place that so many love. I’m proud to be in Second Life, and always will be. Here’s to 2020 making me even prouder to be an avatar!

(Dress is from Erratic, it’s called ‘Yennifer’ and it’s bloody gorgeous, perfect for a NYE party! Headband is a free gift from Yummy! and I heartily suggest you go and grab one because it comes with one of those thingybobs that you stick in your chops and blow and it unrolls and basically annoys the hell out of everyone, so yeah, there’s that….)

Here’s wishing a wonderful Yuletide to all of my readers; one of the issues I’ve experienced this year is that due to an aging PC I haven’t been able to run SL effectively. Anyone in-world will understand that can cause a real problem and ultimately render logging in a challenging experience, to the point that it puts you off going online at all.

Well, ‘Santa’ has blessed me with some brand new hardware for my PC and I swear it’s like running on butter. I can now use high graphics card settings again, depth of field..it is, as a famous song would suggest, a ‘whole new world’

So here’s to 2019, bugger off you rancid pile of potato dung. I’ve had a shit year. I know many people who also have had the same; here’s hoping 2020 and the start of out new decade will be kinder. (Incidentally I will be back before NYE to share a gorgeous set that Ria Bazar has just released and you may want to consider for any New year shindig you plan on having; until then, have a wonderfully festive time!)

I am not, despite appearances, in the slightest bit kinky. I’d rather have a nice cup of tea and a lie down; truth be told I find all the kinks and sexual weirdness in Second Life exhausting. I mean, who has the energy, virtual or otherwise, for these shenanigans? But hey, it’s a thing, I get it. Fortunately KINKY MONTHLY isn’t just all about butt plugs and lube.  Granted there’s usually quite a lot of butt-plugs and lube there BUT you’ll also find some nice items of clothing, usually of the skimpy variety but very nice, nonetheless.

Here’s an example, a very nice dress from CANDY KITTEN. It’s called ‘Heartbreaker’ and it’s a nice, simple ruched affair that you can either wear with the included bra (like I have here) or dispense of it entirely and show your nipples off. Which it’s way too cold for in my humble opinion.

I added an old harness I had in my inventory from BLUEBERRY, and some long forgotten but bot I’m glad I found them again pentacle hand harnesses from ASTRALIA and voila! A simple yet effective look appears:)

I added a style that I found at ANTHEM called ‘Babyrose’ and voila! Now about that cup of tea….

UBER is upon us and it’s a very Springy edition; lots of dresses, shorts and skimpy outerwear, underwear and as a total contrast some spectacular furnishings and dwellings too. I have literally ONE PRIM left at home. It kills me; I rearrange my furniture as often as I take my pants out of my buttcrack (they creep in, a lot) but I’ve got it looking ‘just right’ at the moment (my house, not my buttcrack) so I can’t spare any primmage for the glorious  ASTRALIA BBQ set, for a start. GAH!!!!Surrender to the Truth...However, I can spare the primmage for new hair. My long hair addiction continues and it has been more than satisfied by this release from TRUTH. It’s called ‘Surrender’ and it’s a beautiful, flowing, layered beauty. I messed up a bit actually because I did a naughty- I did the ‘buy before try’ and I should’ve done it the other way around so that I could play with more colours but nay mind, as they say around here, I have it and I feel gorgeous in it. So here is a picture of me being gorgeous in it, and I’m giving myself serious Kate Beckinsale vibes. If you love long hair then you need this in your life, obviously. I love the Styling Hud that’s included so I could wear my hair over my shoulders but I just wanted to wear my hair down, loose and free at the front for this snap. I’m still wearing my NYLON OUTFITTERS undies from COLLABOR88. They could do with a wash, to be honest…
