Utterly stupendous gown for a mere L$100 from the Simone outlet. Oh and by the way, the hair that I’m wearing ( which I have had for ages and is one of my faves) is called ‘Patricia’ and guess what,it’s in the ETD sale! It’s Monday, it’s sunny…what’s not to love??

Expect to see a LOT of well dressed avatars on the grid…
…as a well known designer has opened a secret discount outlet!! Oh piss to it, it’s not a secret anymore..everyone knows that it is Simone! All sorts of wonderful niceness to be found for L$100! So…stop whinging about not being able to get into ETD and go shopping there instead for a while. I’m there at the moment, it’s exceptionally quiet..and girls, it’s gownilicious! ( Oh, there’s stuff for fellas as well)
Last Call for Last Call…
It’s the end of an era folks, and the end of probably the most stylish fashion label to emerge out of Second Life.
Last Call is synonymous with SL fashion, if you ever wanted something a bit spesh, chances are it would be one of the first places you visited. Alas, it is to be no more, which means a HUGE sale and the last ever opportunity to get your hands on some beautifully designed, classically tailored and iconic SL wardrobe staples. Check out the official blog entry, wipe your tears away and get ready for some serious camping ( you have 4 days!) You will definitely need the linden dollars!( Want a tip? Go to LC while it’s relatively quiet and make a list or what you want now before the sale starts, that way when you eventually get in, and I fear it will be a lot worse than ETD, you’ll get exactly what you wanted and be outta there in a flash. If you see me at LC between now and then that is what I will be doing, making lists. Feel free to say hi!)
ETD Sale Survival part 2
..I’ve taken pictures and posted them on my flickr stream featuring some of the samples that I got from ETD. Have a nosey and see what you think, they give you a rough idea what is on offer. Obviously these are demos ( the word demo is in big swirly letters above my head, I’ve tried to obscure it)and before anyone mumbles anything derogatory I will be going back to buy each and every one of these styles, weee! I just want to demonstrate to you how important it is to take a sample home from a store and try it on without any additional hassle. Some of them are a bit dodgy colourwise, but even so it makes the selection process much much easier:) Here endeth the lesson.
