Probably the most amazing house build I’ve ever seen. I know I have had plenty of beautiful homes in-world, but nothing has ever astonished me as much as this one. The features and styling are absolutely stunning.

It’s called ‘Milano’, and at the Expo it costs a mere L$9999 (when you consider what you’re getting for your money it’s an absolute bargain for sure) It’s huge though, 1093 prims and 44m x 76m so you need a large parcel, probably half a sim for comfort. But make no mistake, this is a proper playboy mansion featuring three bedrooms, a swimming pool and best of all a level purely for entertaining chums- be it clubbing on the built in dancefloor, drinking at the funky bar or watching a movie together in the plush cinema. I shared this walkabout with Jez, a rarity in itself and he paid this residence the highest compliment he possibly could; which was if he had a larger Second Life presence THIS would be his home. For once I can only agree..and dream! <Sigh>

And of course there is a beautiful bedroom to match the living room and isn’t this a wonder? The textures and overall design are quite astonishing.I just want to lie in that bed-doesn’t it look comfy?!

Also, look at the chest of drawers. The minature mannequins are such a lovely touch and so unusual! I love the embellishments, such as the seashell on the shelf, the rose tied around the chair and the little ribbon on the drawer knob.

As you would expect from this distinguished brand there is no skimping on quality or detail. Mathilde is quite simply a must have. The entire set is L$1500..a total steal for work of this quality.

OK, if vibrant colours aren’t your thing, how about this more restrained yet just as fabulous neutral themed room?

This is Mathilde, and it’s L$1800 for the whole set. I LOVE the glass paintings ( they’re on the fireplace) and the traditional wildlife prints that have been carefully selected for the sofa cushions and the bookshelf pictures.

I’m also absolutely agog for the wood texture that has been chosen and applied to the furnishings, it’s beautifully muted. Everything about this living room is pure class..

I can see it fitting in nicely in some of SL’s bigger, dare I say it, posher homes? Scrumptious.

I’ve not blogged for a few days due to starting back at work full time, and it has left me astonishingly knackered..I’ve not felt this tired in years! Anyway, I have LOTS of catching up to do. Shoe Expo has started, but I needed to come by Homes & Gardens Expo to see if there was anything beautiful (and cheap) for my home.. WELL, there’s so much beautiful that I’m spoiled for choice! Just look at this fabulous ‘Amelie’ bedroom and living room set The colours are just amazing aren’t they? Pandora Popstar ALWAYS makes beautiful creations, and these are just utterly yumsome- fresh..vibrant and SL perfect. Each set is L$1200. Come and see!
