F*ck Me Pumps!!!

F*ck Me Pumps!!!

Mondays are my blog reading days, especially the often-mentioned Linden Lifestyles, and this morning whilst perusing said blog and eating a bowl of ‘Cinnamon Grahams’ (hang on they’re called ‘Seriously Cinnamon’ now, still scrummy though!) I almost covered the keyboard in a fine layer of half-chewed cereal due to the fabulous fashion nommage on display! One’s gob kept falling open on more than one occasion at the uber-nicies chosen for the fashion round-up by Daisyblue. Since she published, I’ve already acquired the ETD ‘Roxie’ hair ( LOOKS STUNNING!!!!) and my evening’s plans are to go and get the Brocatto pumps and one of the nice frocks from Nicky Ree…although I’m so tired my eyeballs actually hurt. The Brocatto pumps are the work of FallingWater Cellardoor and are very nice indeed. The blog entry states that she was inspired to try her hand at creating an embroidered pump in Maya, and I can heartily commend her efforts because the end result works extremely well and come in a lovely array of colours:) I ADORE Amy Winehouse, so to borrow a song title from ‘Frank’ these are indeed ‘Fuck me Pumps’ although @ L$250 they’re hardly extortionate! I persuaded my tootsies to depart, albeit reluctantly, their current Tesla residences and change into something equally nice but very different and they love these shoes! (Honest- I asked my big toe and he said ‘Ooh smashing!’) It strikes me that not only do these work with casual wear but they’d probably look pretty good accompanied by a Tudor or Medieval gown…but they rock with this beautiful ‘Pizzo Rosso’ outfit by Baiastice.
*NOTE* this photo does NOT do these pumps any justice, you HAVE to zoom in on them in SL to see how beautiful they really are.  Check out the pics here to see what they look like close up, and then GO AND BUY THEM!!!

New look Kitty!

New look Kitty!

Soddit..I indulged:))  I’ve always said I would NEVER change my skin, but to be honest I obviously had no idea what I was missing out on.  This is actually very similar to my previous skin, ‘Paris’ by Naughty, but it has more definition to the skintone, and the shading is excellent.  Somehow Kit seems more realistic in this skin, and I’m really glad I chanced my arm. I’ve bought all the flavours of it anyway, and also a manicure (Omg-manicures- how utterly fab!) and some really funky eyelashes! (The idea of being able to change my manicure on a whim and all the make up options means this was a must purchase, details like that mean such a lot) I’d only ever been to RAC once, rather fleetingly in the past..BUT now I’ll be paying close attention to the store.  The hair and clothing sections will be my next visits….they have a blog too, take a looksy!

It’s Official-Kitty is a Loony and SHE LIKES IT!

Oh yes, as previously mentioned I’ve found a fabbo new store, called ‘The Loony Bin’, and I urge you to go and peruse the wares offered by Malady Loon, as they are scrum-diddly-umptious. The store is mad..giant tranquilisers float in the corners of the store, and your goods arrive in ‘Chaos Crosses’ as opposed to boxes! This skirt and tee are from her collection and I adore them, great texture work and the skirt is just primtastic. Cracking vests and tees are always a desirable wardrobe staple, and Malady has LOADS and these are a great addition to your fashion collection:) As you can see, the skirt and tee look great when worn Neko style, but would be just as good in a Punk (naturally) Emo or Goth ensemble. Go check out the store. Oh, and btw…leopard skin pants anyone? Seriously..she has those too!
