“Dance! while the record spins!” (snigger)

Listen up peeps! You are doing yourself a *HUGE* disservice if you don’t check out Fabulously Free in Second Life.  It was an absolute freebie fest for me yesterday as I’d missed a couple of days worth of goodies, and when I had finished I had LOTS of  quality clothing and hair to play with, including free stuff from Callie Cline.

It’s amazing and you would be utterly foolish to miss it.  To enhance your experience even further make sure you join the ‘Fashion Consolidated’group in-world.  You will get bombarded with new release info ( so watch your IM’s) but you will get the heads-up on freebies, cheapies, secret sales and all sorts of wonderfulness. 

It would be just plain foolish to miss out. So here is your to-do list for today:

1. Go to “Fabulously Free in Second Life“
2. Join ‘Fashion Consolidated’ in groups
3. Save $$$$$ and get a warm fuzzy happy glowing feeling inside:)

They look lovely, and this is a truly gorgeous setting. I’ve never been to this cathedral before, but it is an extremely good build.  This was a really nice ceremony in a lovely location..what more could you ask for? Congratulations to the happy couple! Go and check the cathedral out for yourself…

( Ahem- please excuse rant.  Just tried to log-in)

*WHAT* is wrong with SL this week? Everyone I know has been suffering BIG STYLE..with issues ranging from inability to log-in, teleport issues, inventory disappearance…It’s really getting very silly now, and it makes me wonder what the Lindens are up to.  I’m wondering if they’re doing some sort of server update in the background, ready for all the newbies who will swell our ranks over xmas.  It makes sense when you think about it-all those people who will be getting nice shiny powerful computers and macs for Xmas will want a piece of the action. Call me cynical, but I bet it’ll be crashes galore over the festive season:(

Oh and to cap it all off, if you go to the official blog you see……’404 file not found’ ( I kid you not! Look here!

Rant over. Oh that was good. 

It’s always exciting to see a new online magazine released, especially when it’s all about Second Life. I know there are plenty to choose from and the market has gotten a tad crowded recently but ‘Sexysecond’ has just launched and I urge you to download a copy! Make no bones about it, this is a quality publication and it’s reassuring  to see some of the best known SL brands advertising with them(a great endorsement if ever there was one).  I *LOVED* the opening feature; ‘The 50 sexiest things in Second Life’, and the accompanying photography is excellent.  I’ve already picked out some future purchases, sigh… Of course the editorial is great too, if you’re at all familiar with the sexysecond blog then you’ll know roughly what to expect, but the magazine format allows for bigger photos and a little more ‘oomph’ besides:)

 I look forward to seeing it go from strength to strength, and wish Jaime Wheeler and all involved the very best of luck!
