You really need to visit ‘The Crown and Pearl’ today as they are having a charity fundraiser for everyones’ favourite Second Life charity, Relay for Life. From 6am to 6pm SLT there will be activities galore, including rides, vendors and live entertainment. Fae Designs, Lookr Clothing, North by Northmead Design, the Heart Garden Center and PRim Designs have all contributed prizes to the cause, plus there’s a fairground to enjoy! Be sure to show your support!

New hotness from Sissy Pessoa!
Last night I wandered over to Baiastice, which is one of my favourite fashion emproriums in SL. As I mentioned before on this blog, Sissy Pessoa, who is the designer behind the brand, creates exceptionally well textured high fashion wares. They aren’t just well textured though, the movement that she captures in her garments is just sublime…they’re amazingly well structured. Her latest releases are no exception to this rule. The outfit that I’m wearing here is called ‘Duel’, and is just perfect. I don’t know if the title is inspired by the Propaganda song of the same name, but it certainly ‘Makes you wonder’ as to where Sissy gets her ideas from. New Blog Alert: “SL Cheap life for men”
Whilst scanning the blogs, which has become my main morning habit along with a ginormous cup of tea and a bowl of wheetos (Oooooohhh Wheetos! Chocolate goodness in every crunchy bite!) I came across this little gem slcheaplifeformen. Now obviously the writer, Raven Mondschein, is trying to accomplish the same feat that Fabulously Free in Second Life has already achieved, but he’s concentrating all his efforts into seeking out the very best freebie and dollarbie goodies for male avatars. He’s not doing a bad job at all. He’s only been writing the blog since the 7th of May, and he’s gone from being your usual bog standard noobie male avi to one that looks pretty darn good indeed! I know Second Life blogs are ten a penny, but it’s always nice to give newcomers some support, so welcome to the fold Raven! I shall be checking you out on a regular basis, and passing your hints on to Jez and my Dad, LeapyLee, especially. Best of luck!
