‘Spruce Up Your Space’ this weekend is TO DIE FOR; featuring fabulosa dining furnishings and edibles of all kinds. Belle Belle, Alchemy’s  Attic and Second Spaces amongst others  have provided some superb Dining themed items, but my award for classy entertaining goes to Agent Orange for the ‘Barbera Cheese and Wine Party’ ensemble, seen here.Beautiful textures, shading and shaping which is what you’re expect from Agent Orange really..

Touch for a glass of wine, which is wearable and looks VERY natural, as  do the stool seating positions ..it’s uber classy dining indeed. In fact NOT ONE of this weeks ‘Spruce up your space’ offerings is a duffer! Click here to see them all on Flickr. Warning, you’ll spend LOTS and feel very hungry too!

Bank Holiday Fun @ ‘The Green Man’

It may well be pouring it down outside, but at least the sun always shines in Second Life! This Bank Holiday sees the inaugural street race at Westminster. Brought to you by the same team behind the fondly remembered  ‘The Three Lions’ ( That’ll be Phill Plasma and Kai Sachertorte then, remember what a hoot 3L was?)  and the fun has already begun with street racing, competitions, DJ’s and live music scheduled throughout the weekend!  Entry into the races is free to all, mini hot rods will be provided and there will be extra prizes for best racing attire. ‘The Green Man’ and ‘The A List’ will be open as usual as well as the many quality stores around Westminster; and there will be a BBQ in the square culminating in an epic fireworks display on both nights! Come along and join in the fun, you may well find that you  have just discovered your new favourite Second Life haunt…

Friday Night NOH8 Whiteout Party @ Club Republik!

So, what are you up to later on? Not much? Well how do you fancy a fabulous party?
SecondLife’s oldest and longest running club, Club Republik would like to invite you to celebrate the NOH8 Campaign for 2010 with a 4 hour party on the NuRepublik sim…
Republik has a long history of being totally anti-discriminatory and the owners were all part of the 2009 NOH8 SL photographic campaign, with both Amanda Shinji and Sable Sunset participating again in this year’s photoshoot, so Republik thought it’d be nice to give something back to all the organisers, participants and anyone else who wants to get down and party. Cool huh?
The DJ for the event will be Republik’s own Miss Cyberpink (Amanda Shinji), one of SL’s top DJs having spun live at SecondPride every year since it’s inception in 2007, BurningLife, SL7B and other high profile events. She’ll be spinning 4 hours of full on dance music ranging from electro to trance, all mixed live and direct for your listening pleasure.
As with the NOH8 campaign, they’re giving the party a theme, so as the name ‘Whiteout’ suggests, the dress code is indeed white.

Whilst not total prudes at Republik, they do respectfully ask you not to go totally nude, so topless is fine for all sexes, but please wear trunks, thongs or panties at least 😉

I love watching people building in Sandboxes, look what I spotted in the sandbox outside my store! Isn’t it fabulous? The creator is a chap called Chirico Clip, and this just one of a number of warriors that I have watched him work upon while I wait for two nests to hatch. Sandbox’s are just the best places to hang out and observe..
