Last night I sent my first ever notice out to ‘Fashcon’, which was ever so exciting and I got quite a few visitors to my store..woot! ( Kitty does a happy clap) One of the ladies who visited was ever so nice, and I must apologise if she’s reading this as I forgot her name, BUT she suggested I go to League to check out the skins. I was very keen to do this, because as a shape creator I’m only too well aware of the importance of a quality skin to bring out the very best in your shape, and vice versa. If you pick up a pants shape, chances are your skin won’t ‘sit’ as well as it should…Anyway, it’s important to me to try as many skins as poss and make sure they look good when worn with my handi-work. This was the first one I tried on…
I don’t really need to say much at all here do I..except..isn’t this bloody sensational? If you squint your eyes you can kind of see the image without lines but to be honest I think you still get a great feel for how well this skin performs. I adore it. It costs a fortune and hopefully I’ll start making more sales so I can buy the ruddy thing but just *wow*! This skin, I kid you not, practically makes you melt. If you’re not melting that’s because you’ve had to leave the PC to go and change your pants due to excitement wee that you’ve accidentally let go:)
This is a beautiful, seminal skin production folks. The colouration, the tonal value..the whole package just works perfectly and I am so impressed. I’m wearing my ‘Kittylicious! Ultimate Kittycurve’ shape here and I think you’ll agree the effect is rather swell, don’t you think?
So there you go, it’s official ( as far as I’m concerned)..League skins look great with my shapes ( Note: this sentiment isn’t endorsed by League, it’s purely my opinion..but if you don’t believe me just look at the bloody photo..it speaks for itself!)

A huge ‘YES’ to PSB’s inspired Machinima

Good ol’ Shinjles:)  She sent me an e-mail to my RL work to cheer me up with a cracking story off New World Notes.  A chap called Nath Jonesford has made a PSB inspired machinima and it is rather brilliant..it must have taken lots of work to create and I think he should be rightly proud of his work.  I love it, it’s inspired and the track, ‘The Way It Used To Be’ is my favourite off the album and he’s re-mixed it beautifully. Well done NWN for picking this one up and sharing with us!

 Nathan also has a YOUTUBE channel featuring some earlier videos and he creates his own re-mixes of PSB’s choons..a man after my own heart, make no mistake! (If you’re reading this we should meet up in world Nath and wax lyrical on all things PSB!)

Incidentally, it’s Chris Lowe’s 5oth in October, and as the proprietor of the PSB’s fan group in SL I am planning on holding some kind of event to mark the occasion..hopefully a huge PSB party at a club…..( I’m negotiating with Amanda on that one!)

..then laugh at my UTTER ineptitude and out-right inability to be anything other than a buffoon of gargantuan proportions. No,seriously I am, to quote ‘Top Gear’, a cock. (Although has anyone else noticed that they don’t say that as much as they used to? In fact, not one ‘Cock’ has been uttered this whole series so far..very disappointing)
Anyway, this WAS Damon. Isn’t he lovely? He was my first shape for fellas and I was going to release him this weekend to you all.
I find creating shapes for chaps a much bigger deal than it is for ladies, BUT this one just worked. I love his face..in fact I’d give him a right good nomming given half the chance….I wanted him to be of a slim build, not one of the heavy jocks that seem to festoon certain areas of the grid. This chap ain’t a pussy, but he’s no hulk either…he had muscle but was more slim than muscular and manly. I was really proud of him.
Note this is all past tense? I’m afraid this story will not end on a happy note..basically I’ve lost the shape. No, I know..don’t ask. It was a bit of a blow when I realised. I’d actually constructed a spreadsheet where I’d been recording all my shape stats and I had input his details on there for safekeeping after I’d tweaked and twiddled..BUT utter nooboid error, I’d NOT saved the shape. Looking back I am AMAZED I would do that..but alas, tis done and he’s gone to shape heaven…..
So farewell Damon my love….you will be replaced in my affections soon I hope by a suitable, similarly proportioned model..but nothing makes up for your first time does it really? Lesson to learn here folks…use ‘SAVE’ more often!

Yes folks, prostitution ain’t what it used to be. Despite my best efforts on the Town Hall steps the punters have dried up, much like my flaps..so I’ve had to do something far more imaginative that doesn’t involve ping-pong balls or Nutella…I jest. I’M JOKING!

As you will recall a couple of weeks ago I opened a stall and have been pleasantly surprised with the results, so I’ve bitten the bullet and opened my very own store!

EEP! It’s choc full of my shapes..because it’s a shape store and that’s all I sell…They’re all fabbo (even if I do say so myself) and are *stupidly*cheap…( like me!)

Most shapes are either L$100 or L$150..BUT you can pick from two shapes at L$10 each for the opening weekend ( ‘Amanda’ & ‘Cherry Dahling!’) PLUS there’s a dollarbie and a FREEBIE to boot.
